Sometimes users get errors when trying to take MYO file backups. The system says that it is not allowed as it is open by another resource.
Usually what happens when taking MYO backup is that the system compress and zip the .MYO file. So if the system is not allowed to do that automatically, this can be done manually.
For that please open the .myo file from the File Explorer. (Open The Order Exchange, Go to Accounting System Settings. Now select the .myo file location). Once that file is selected right click and send to Compressed Zipped folder.
Once the file is zipped copy and paste it in the relevant location as required.
