Sometimes when trying to import orders to MYOB AccountRight, users experience the error; 


MYOB has experienced an error importing : UID/DisplayID not found


This means the customer code is not found in your A/C system. If you open the order (Right click the order through Dashboard and select Open or just double click on the order) you will see a CustCode field in the order header. The error means there is no active customer for that particular code available in your A/C system. Please add that and process the orders from TOE. (Right click the order and select Process)
