If The Order Exchange is importing pick information from your 3PL or ERP systems you may see the following issues.


"Cannot locate the line on the order for the pick. Order '1234' Itemcode 'Widget01' Barcode '09123456789012' RetailerCode 'ABC'"

Check the order to see if the line you picked is on the order


"The line is rejected on the order for the pick. Order '1234' Itemcode 'Widget01' Barcode '09123456789012' RetailerCode 'ABC'"

Check the order to see if the line you picked is set to rejected on the order


Could not determine which line to fill for store '0001'. Order '1234' Itemcode 'Widget01' Barcode '09123456789012' RetailerCode 'ABC'"

Check the order to see if the line you picked has the correct store to pick on the order (Quantity Breakdown)


"The line on the order does not have a quantity for the pick required for store '0001'. Order '1234' Itemcode 'Widget01' Barcode '09123456789012' RetailerCode 'ABC'"

The system could not locate the line and store code on the order (Quantity Breakdown)


"The invoice line was not found ('<code>') - '0001'. Order '1234' Itemcode 'Widget01' Barcode '09123456789012' RetailerCode 'ABC'"

The system found the order line, but it is not on the shipment/invoice


"The pick information is not correct. Please check the logs"

There is an issue with the format of the pick information. please check it
