Sometimes users find connection issues between the A/C system and TOE after the MYOB AccountRight is upgraded. 

Please check below when such issues occur:


1. Most of the times this happens when MYOB is not upgraded properly. First make sure that the SE version is correctly installed. You can go to the folder of MYOB (in C drive) and check whether the SE version is correct


2. They need to make sure that the old MYOB API program is uninstalled and the new MYOB API is installed. 

Can check this under the programs installed and make sure the correct API is installed. 


3. Open the services and need to make sure that there are 4 services running against MYOB AccountRIght. Need to check whether there is a service running for the API services as well.


4. After all this the server should be rebooted.
