Possible Cause 1 - Not enough MYOB sessions allocated by MYOB


You need to get MYOB have investigated this issue, based off their recommendations, you have to requested that MYOB increase the allowed sessions for the API User.



Possible Cause 2 - The API user has exceeded usages


You do not have enough API user licenses allocated in your system, you will need to speak to MYOB regarding this
