When you receive the following message it means that you have received a shipment file or an ASN that has a trading partner id that is not known in the system. Normally this means that the received file is not for any of your known setups, or the configuration is wrong. The setting can be found in the retailer settings if the shipment is for a retailer, or in the freight company settings if it is coming from a freight company or 3PL.
