Dynamics AX Service Setup.
The following document outlines the setup of Dynamics AX for The Order Exchange.
Setup an inbound service port.
Under System Administration Navigate to inbound ports
Select New
Configure the service then Click “Service Operations”
Add the following service operations
- CustCustomerService.find
- CustCustomerService.read
- InventItemBarcodeService.read
- InventItemBarcodeService.find
- InventItemSerice.find
- InventItemSerice.read
- SalesSalesInvoiceService.read
- SalesSalesInvoiceService.find
- SaleSalesOrderService.read
- SaleSalesOrderService.find
- SaleSalesOrderService.create
- TaxCodesService.read
- TaxCodesService.find
Activate the service
AIF sales order type.
Go to accounts receivable parameters
Then choose AIF and set the default order type to Sales order
