If you get an error stating "The maximum number of AccentisConnect logins has been reached" then this is caused by the allowed Accentis logins being exceeded. If The Order Exchange is running on a schedule, and the user also uses the AccentisConnect through the front end (it uses this logging in) then please contact support@accentis.com.au to get your licenses checked.
