WEB - Changing the type of a stock item Print

You can change the type of an item to one of the following.

Item - A normal product or stock item that can be sold
Comment - An item that is used to display comments on an order. Comments are not usually returned to the retailer
Freight - Items that are designated for freight charges. Some retailers require freight charges separate from stock items.
Non-Exportable - Items that can be used in templates and summaries but are for internal use. They are not sent back to the retailer.

Select Menu > Item > Item Detail

Choose "Items" tab > choose the specific line in which you wish to change and Select "Edit"

Column "Type" has a drop down menu bar and Select to the ones desired > Select "Update" > Click "Save"
