Open Wordpad -> Start -> Programs -> Microsoft WordPad

Open Config File -> File -> Open -> program files\TOE scan

Change type to all documents

Open config file and edit as per below

add <testmode>true</testmode>

Then make sue TOE scanning app is closed and open again it should go into test mode
