For sending the inventory advice we have 3 types of settings.

1. We have a retailer setting Item Qty on Inventory Advice, when turned ON, means that we will send the quantity from the accounting system. When turned OFF, the Quantity from the Quantity On Hand column in the Item Retailer Codes screen will be sent. Recommended if you wish to send quantities from the accounting system for all the items.

2. Based on the retailer setting  Item Qty on Inventory Advice, the quantity entered in the Quantity On Hand column in the Item Retailer Codes screen will be sent. This column is editable and you will have to manually enter the quantity.  Recommended if you wish to manually enter the quantities for all items.

3. Override Retailer Quantity column in the Item Retailer Codes table, when checked (ON) the quantity from the Quantity On Hand column in the Item Retailer Codes screen will be sent, even if the Retailer setting Item Qty on Inventory Advice is turned ON. Recommended if you want to send some items with quantities from the accounting system and some items with manual entered quantities.
