To begin setting up MYOB Account, the first step is to create a dedicated user account specifically for the link between MYOB and The Order Exchange. This user account should have complete access to the relevant company file we are connecting to. 

If you have a user that can log into MYOB but doesn't have access to the relevant company file, you will see the following error
