This error message is misleading and may need assistance from MYOB to diagnose.

If it occurs during the updating of a shipment, specifically when updating the package contents, then it is probably the fact that the endpoint has not been extended and had the SplitLineNbr add to the Shipment, Details, Allocations. There is a KB article on how to add this field.
