To log into the helpdesk system go to http://theorderexchange.freshdesk.com/support/login
You can log into the support system using your email address that you created the ticket under and your password. If you do not know (or have not set) the password then click the forgot your password link and see picture 2.
To change your password enter your email address and click 'Reset My Password'. You will receive an email with the password reset link. If you do not receive the reset email then please check your spam folders.
