If you receive a failed to find data message on The Order Exchange it may be that the Microsoft SQL Services have stopped working or failed to start after a reboot. 


To check this you need to check if the service is running on the machine with SQL Server installed on it.


Navigate to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services or search for the 'Services' app


Scroll down until you find the SQL Server service and check if the status is 'Running', if it is not then right click on the service and choose 'Start'
