When trying to print labels (Pallet labels or Carton labels) the system gives an error saying "No Such Host is known"

When this error occurs try to run The Order Exchange system in debug mode. 

Check the error log. If it looks like below;

This means the connection type of the printer is not set properly. Go to Retailer Settings and check for Connection Type under Labels.

If this is "Network" , change it to USB. 

Restart TOE and try to print the labels again.
