If you see the message 'Retailer <> is currently being processed and has been skipped' then this means that the system attempted to process the retailer but found it was already running.

It may have been started by another user or by the automated schedule. The system is not designed to run from multiple places at the same time.

This is a warning only and only needs to be looked at if it starts to occur regularly.
