The dashboard can be set up to the users requirements. If you right click on the headers at the top of the screen you will see the column chooser:

this will then allow you to add or remove columns by dragging and dropping between the Column chooser selection box and your screen:

This is user specific, and along with adding and removing columns, you can move them into the order you require along with resizing the width of any chosen column
