If you see a "Configuration system failed to initialize" then it can be one of 2 things

The "TheOrderExchange.exe.config" is corrupt

Check the file and rectify

The "user.config" is corrupt.

This file is located in the C:\Users\info\AppData\Local\TheOrderExchange\TheOrderExchange.exe_Url_XXXXXXXXXXX\2021.10.6.1 folder or similar. Simply remove the file and a new one will be created.

The error message is related to loading application configuration file.
