When an error occurs in TOE it is sent to a specific email address. If you need to add a secondary email to send these emails, please follow below instructions;
1. Click on the Menu > Supplier > Details
Under Email address you will see the current email the notifications are sent to. Now add the secondary email there by separating using a ";"
eg: aaa@sampleemail.com.au;bbb@samlpleemail.com.au
Click on Save.
