Once you have installed your new printer and it is working you need to update The Order Exchange Web to print to your new printer.

To do this go to Menu > Retailers > Select the specific Retailer and double Click

The first section "View" is a drop down bar, Select  ADVANCED SETTINGS > Scroll down until you see the Printing section: 

In the PRINTING section, select the new PRINTER NAME from the drop down box > Scroll down > don't forget to click SAVE (in green) when you have finished located at the bottom of the page
