Error : "The SPS document shipping API service token is not set, please refresh it in the supplier licence"

This error means that your SPS shipping API service is not setup. Please follow the below steps. You will need your SPS username and password.

Web:

1: Open account on the TOE website.

2: Go to Menu > Licenses

3: Click on the license and then click on Authorise API License

4: This will take you to the SPS API screen where you can log in using your username and password.
