May happen after a release and when their Hybrid TOE hasn't been updated to the latest version. 


1. Close the order exchange.

2. Open task scheduler>right click and run the order exchange process task. 

3. Wait for it to finish.

4. Once finished, open the order exchange. Check at the bottom if they have been updated to the latest version. If not, you may need to update them (latest patch from S drive). 


5. If hybrid, click on login.

6. right click and process the orders that had issues. 

7. Check if they process.
